🆕 新功能：插件安装保留 JSONC 注释
这次更新了什么？
安装插件时，配置文件（如 opencode.json）中的 JSONC 注释（// 注释）不再被删除。
这有什么用？
之前安装插件会重写配置文件，导致你手动添加的注释全部丢失。现在注释会被保留，你的配置文档和说明不会白写。
🔧 问题修复
CLAUDE.md 环境变量未生效
问题：设置了 OPENCODE_DISABLE_CLAUDE_CODE_PROMPT 环境变量后，项目级 CLAUDE.md 仍然被加载。
修复：环境变量现在对项目级 CLAUDE.md 也生效。
